At iSinwheel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride; if you are not, you can return your electric scooter or bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the official portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the vehicle in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the product back to our designated service center for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
