What is the warranty policy for iSinwheel products?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on main components including the motor and battery, and a 6-month warranty on peripheral parts to ensure your ride stays smooth and safe.
Can I return my scooter if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a full refund.
Are the electric scooters waterproof?
Most of our models have an IP54 water resistance rating, which means they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or in heavy downpours.
